                              RESOLUTION NO. 21553
                 
                 
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF 
                 PUBLIC WORKS AND THE CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO 
                 EXECUTE AND ATTEST, RESPECTIVELY, AN AGREEMENT 
                 WITH PIEDMONT OLSEN HENSLEY FOR ENGINEERING 
                 SERVICES RELATIVE TO THE BUILDING EXPANSION AND 
                 RENOVATION PROGRAM AT THE MOCCASIN BEND 
                 WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO 
                 EXCEED ONE HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND DOLLARS 
                 ($160,000.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of Public Works and the City Finance Officer be and are hereby 
       authorized to execute and attest, respectively, an Agreement with 
       Piedmont Olsen Hensley for engineering services relative to the 
       building expansion and renovation program at the Moccasin Bend 
       Wastewater Treatment Plant for an amount not to exceed 
       $160,000.00.
